The RUB 10 million monthly cap
Under Decrees No. 95, 254 and 737 a Russian debtor may pay a creditor from an unfriendly state up to RUB 10 million per calendar month in total — dividends, interest, principal, deposit payouts and liquidation distributions counted together. Anything above goes to a type C account or needs a permit.
