How Government Commission permits are applied for
The procedural rules for every sub-commission permit under Decrees No. 81 and No. 618: who applies, what goes in the file, how the decision is issued.
What it does
Government Resolution No. 295 approved the rules for issuing permits of the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investment for transactions under Decree No. 81, later extended to Decree No. 618. Applications go to the sub-commission through the Ministry of Finance as its secretariat; either party may apply. The file describes the transaction, the parties and their controlling persons, and — for exit transactions — includes an independent valuation. The decision is issued as an extract from the minutes of the sub-commission meeting and may be conditional or time-limited. There is no statutory deadline.
Status, October 2026
