Exit cost: what the seller keeps
The sub-commission approves exits on published minimum terms: a discount of at least 60% to the appraised market value and a “voluntary” contribution to the federal budget of at least 35% of that value. Enter the appraised value to see what remains.

Assumptions
- Contribution modelled as payable out of the price, as in most 2025–2026 transactions; whether the buyer or the seller pays it formally does not change the seller's net.
- The sub-commission may require more than the minimum, and has done so case by case.
- Russian tax on the sale, payment terms and any instalments are set by the deal and the permit and are not included.
- Expect six to eight months from application to permit; the appraisal must be no older than three months at the meeting.
Background: exit-cost guide · Decree No. 618 · Law No. 319-FZ and buy-back options
A calculation, not advice: it applies the published minimum terms and the statutory cap to the figures you enter. The result for a real transaction depends on the permit and the facts.
